Transparency Act

Cflow is committed to complying with laws and regulations relevant to our business. One of the most important laws that businesses must adhere to from July 1, 2022, is the Transparency Act. The purpose of the law is to promote businesses' respect for fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in business relationships and supply chains.

How does Cflow comply with the Transparency Act?

As part of our role as a provider of comprehensive management systems for the fishing and aquaculture industry, Cflow is responsible for ensuring that the businesses using our services comply with the Transparency Act. This includes ensuring that documents covered by the law are stored and handled appropriately, and that requests for access are handled in accordance with applicable rules and deadlines.

Cflow works closely with customers and suppliers to ensure they have the right knowledge and tools to comply with the Transparency Act. This helps ensure that businesses can operate in a safe and responsible manner while fulfilling their obligations to society. Learn more about the requirements Cflow sets internally and externally, in the Cflow Supplier Code of Conduct, as well as our procedures for complying with the Transparency Act. If you have any questions or wish to report something related to the Transparency Act, you can send an email to transparencyact@cflow.com.
