Tor-Erik har jobbet snart fire år i selskapet, men har jobbet i bransjen siden 2006. Han opplever at menneskelig samhandling, arbeidsmiljø og felleskap er en viktig faktor til selskapets vekst og utvikling.
Og når sola titter fram over Sulafjellet og treffer kaikanten, etter å ha vært borte i vintermånedene, er det solfest hos Cflow. Devoldfabrikken og Kantina brukes til mangt et sosialt lag og turer på fjellet dras i gang blant de som liker å komme seg ut.
Men trivsel og arbeidsmiljø skaper også grobunn for bedre resultater.
- Her jobber vi litt tettere på kundene og kollegaer, og det gjør det lettere å belyse problemstillinger fra alles ståsted. Det tror jeg også styrker vår gjennomføringskraft i prosjekter, sier Tor-Erik.
