Tor-Erik has just over a year of speed time at the company, but has been working in the industry since 2006. Although he was hired in the midst of the COVID pandemic, he has nevertheless experienced that human interaction, work environment and community are an important factor in the company's growth and development.
And when the sun peeks out over Mount Sulafellet and hits the quayside, there's a sun party at Cflow. The Devold factory and the Kantina are used for many social classes and walks in the mountains are started among those who like to get out.

-I find that you can be a little more close to customers and colleagues and that it makes it easier to shed light on issues from everyone's point of view. I think it also strengthens our execution power in projects,” says Tor-Erik.
Since its inception in 2002, Cflow has increased the number of employees tenfold and now consists of around 120 employees. The head office is located in Langevåg, a stone's throw from Ålesund, and we have branch offices in Trondheim and Chile.
